Wiveton Summerhouse with Lizard Exterior Paint
This delightful Wiveton Summerhouse
was recently installed for a customer based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Tyne and Wear. Selected from our stunning range of FSC® certified timber Summerhouses, the Wiveton was designed and hand-built at our Norfolk factory before being both delivered and installed by our expert, in-house fitting team.
Measuring 3.6 x 3.6m, the building has a distinctive octagonal shape with a stunning roof topped by a finial. The customer opted for our grey slate composite tile covering which is one of several roof types available and smooth shiplap cladding for the outside of the Summerhouse. The exterior paint shade of Lizard was selected from our extensive range of paint options, which includes a Farrow and Ball palette for those with a specific shade in mind.
I just had to write to you to say how happy we are with our beautiful new Wiveton Summerhouse. I also wanted to let you know how courteous, polite and efficient your construction team were. Nothing was too much trouble, they wanted to be sure that I was happy in every way with the summerhouse. I believe their names were Scott and Lee and I would be most grateful if you could pass on my thanks and congratulations to them for how they dealt with the construction work, how tidily they worked and how they even explained about the windows, door locks etc. I also want you to know what fantastic ambassadors they are for your company.

There are eight opening, double-glazed windows to provide ventilation into the exterior, which also feature charming leaded glass. The interior is also fully insulated with painted pine lining in the light and airy shade of ivory. An electrical pack was also installed so that the customer can use lighting and appliances in the building, as well as use the external, waterproof double socket for any electrical gardening tools.
If this building has inspired you to take a look at purchasing your own garden building, you can design the one of your dreams online or instead get in touch with us. We also recommend that you pay a visit to one of our show sites to admire them for yourself.
