Summerhouses; A Retreat For All Seasons

Who said a summerhouse is just for summer? Quality summerhouses can be enjoyed year-round, whatever the weather. A summerhouse will provide a sanctuary you can relax inside while being surrounded by the beauty of your garden. Whatever the season, you will be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of the surrounding nature from inside your garden summerhouse, whether that is admiring small birds busying themselves among the bushes, listening to the bees humming through a bed of wildflowers or even taking in a simple sunrise with your morning coffee.

Big or small, a summerhouse should be a place of enjoyment and relaxation away from the stresses of household life. That is why we offer contemporary and traditional summerhouses in a range of different sizes and styles to cater for your individual requirements and style aspirations. Whether you are looking for a seasonal spot for reading and enjoying summer barbecues, or you want an insulated summerhouse from which to pursue hobbies and interests, our selection of FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood timber Summerhouses can cater to your desires. You may want to opt for a classic apex roof design like our Holkham, or if you would prefer a more modern summerhouse with a pent roof, you can explore our Thornham and Salthouse.

As for customisation, our luxury Summerhouses can reflect your personal style both inside and out. We offer an extensive range of exterior paint shades including a Farrow & Ball palette and colour-matching service, as well as internal paint options for our solid pine lining. There is a range of flooring options to choose from, with our engineered flooring boasting a selection of four different colours from the contemporary Copenhagen shade through to the classical Heritage Oak.

For those with tricky plots or limited space, a corner summerhouse like our Weybourne is the perfect solution to any space struggles while our Cley Summerhouse offers rural romance with an elegant, hipped roof. If you would like a building with both indoor and outdoor space to enjoy, you may want to consider a summerhouse with veranda, like our Morston. The Wiveton and Classic Summerhouse models provide 180º views of your surroundings and the traditional summerhouses in our National Trust range offer something truly unique for those seeking a timeless design.

Are you thinking about buying a high-quality summerhouse, but worried it will stand unused all winter? We can offer inspiration as to how to make the most of your garden building throughout the colder months. With our insulation, double glazing, solid pine lining and electrical pack options, you can use this extra garden space to entertain and host throughout the festive season, or to create a space of your very own for self-indulgent evenings with your favourite tipple and a good read. You could have your very own summerhouse office setup at the bottom of your garden that will enable you to work from home all throughout the year, or you could transform your garden summerhouse into a dedicated hobby room that you can escape to.

We warmly invite you to admire our collection of traditional and contemporary summerhouses for yourself at one of our UK show centres. Here you can peruse the buildings we have on display and speak with our team of friendly experts who can advise you on everything from planning permission to the best way to heat a summerhouse.
