This octagonal den is one of our Wiveton Summerhouses
, and it has been installed in Hinckley, Leicestershire to sit pride of place in our customer’s garden. It was designed and hand-made to order by our CAD engineers and skilled craftsmen in Norfolk factory, before being delivered and installed by members of our installations team. We include delivery and installation in the price of all our buildings to give you peace of mind that it is being assembled by an expert to the very high standards we pride ourselves on.
Our Wiveton Summerhouse comes in 5 different sizes, with the smallest being 1.8 x 1.8m and the largest 3.6 x 3.6m, which is the size our customer opted for. It has an octagonal roof and shape, with windows in four out of its eight sides, as well as in the double doors. The roof on this particular Wiveton is covered in cedar shingles and the windows are Georgian in style. The Wiveton comes cladded in smooth shiplap as standard and it is then painted in your choice of colour from our Exterior Paint System, or you can upgrade to a Farrow & Ball option if you wish, just like this customer. They chose to have the exterior of their 3.6 x 3.6m Wiveton Summerhouse painted in Farrow & Ball French Gray.
I just had to write to you to say how happy we are with our beautiful new Wiveton Summerhouse. I also wanted to let you know how courteous, polite and efficient your construction team were. Nothing was too much trouble, they wanted to be sure that I was happy in every way with the summerhouse. I believe their names were Scott and Lee and I would be most grateful if you could pass on my thanks and congratulations to them for how they dealt with the construction work, how tidily they worked and how they even explained about the windows, door locks etc. I also want you to know what fantastic ambassadors they are for your company.

To allow the Summerhouse to be used comfortably throughout the year, the walls and ceiling of our Wiveton come lined with natural matchboarding and insulated as standard. Our customer also opted to add floor insulation and double glazing to their building for further comfort. The walls are lined in our upgraded Farrow & Ball painted matchboarding, in the shade Slipper Satin, and Heritage Oak engineered flooring is laid, providing a pleasing contrast. Another optional extra our customer chose is electrics and a heater, supplying the building with power, lighting, and additional warmth.
