This 3.0 x 4.2m Holkham Summerhouse was recently installed by our expert team of fitters in Cromer, Norfolk. Designed for use as a garden craft room, our customers were looking for a building with plenty of light and year-round use to create a hobby room with a truly luxurious finish. Like all of our premium summerhouses, this Holkham was handcrafted by our team of expert fitters in our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed by our in-house fitting specialists, a service which is all included within our prices.

Constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, the exterior of this garden craft room in Cromer, Norfolk, features our rustic weatherboard cladding, four sets of charming Georgian windows, and a spacious double door. The windows of our Holkham are positioned perfectly at desk height, giving our customers unhindered views of their garden whilst also allowing the sun to pour through in abundance. The window sets located on the left and right side of the building can also be opened to allow the outside in on warm days. The apex roof has been covered in our cedar shingle tiles, which effortlessly complements the exterior colour, Pebble, from our Exterior paint system. Our Exterior paint system is sprayed in-house by our expertly trained staff and is also weather resistant and protects from the risk of woodworm and fungi.

My wife and I would like to thank you for the smooth and efficient "creation" of our summerhouse. From the initial valuable discussion with Alan McGregor at our home and the erection of our Holkham garden building, the whole process went precisely according to plan. The base was laid on schedule and we were impressed with the smooth arrival of the building on the low loader. The construction was done precisely, calmly, efficiently and without any fuss by the three members of staff who were a credit to the company. On completion they kindly moved a heavy exercise bike from the house and put it in the building. It is a pleasure to sit in the space and it serves our purpose well.

Unlined as standard, our Holkham is usually designed as a purely summer-use building. However, with a dream to create a crafting oasis equipped for year-round use, this timber summerhouse in Cromer, Norfolk, has been fitted with full lining and insulation alongside an electric pack. This means that our customers can enjoy their outbuilding throughout all the seasons as well as have access to electrics, allowing them to listen to music, watch tv and enjoy hot drinks without having to go back to their home. The internal matchboard lining has been painted in the colour, Ivory, whilst the floor has been fitted with our engineered flooring in Shade Oak to create a truly modern interior finish that is a blank slate for adding plenty of personalisation.

With a blend of traditional and contemporary features, this Holkham Summerhouse in Cromer, Norfolk, was designed to meet all of our customer's specific requirements. It is also located within a conservation area, so our friendly sales team was able to assist our customers in gaining garden building planning permission from the local council.
