This smart-looking, large Superior Shed
has been installed at the bottom of our customer’s tree-surrounded garden in Eastleigh, Hampshire to be used as a man cave/workshop, so he will have a comfortable yet practical space to work and relax in, away from the house.
At 3.6 x 5.4m in size, with double glazed windows, full insulation and oak faced ply lining on the walls, the customer will have plenty of room to spread out and have both a work station and a chill-out section, and be perfectly comfortable all through the year, if he wishes to use it so.
The desired smart external appearance has been achieved with grey slate composite tiles on the roof, which not only look good, but are also a highly durable material, with a limited warranty of 50 years on them; black guttering has been used to frame the front side; windows have been fitted in the doors, and there are three more windows to the right of the doors allowing plenty of natural light inside; shiplap cladding offers a smooth finish to the timber, and the building has been finished off in the colour Slate from our multi-layered, opaque exterior paint system.
I had quite a lot of questions in the lead up to placing an order for a superior shed that is divided into two compartments - as studio at one end and garden shed at the other. I also wanted to alter some aspects of the shed design after submitting the order. Robert Phelps could not have been more helpful. The fact that he came on a site visit was very reassuring and the whole process was the mark of a high quality product and service.

Other extra features the customer asked for with this Superior Shed, include a heavy-duty floor (ex 38mm instead of ex 19mm thick), and a security pack, which consists of a seven lever lock and heavy-duty sliding bolt, security screws for the door hinges that are impossible to unscrew, and stainless steel window bars.
