Cows Royal Berkshire Show

Championing agricultural, equine, craft and sporting practises, the Royal Berkshire Show is a huge event attracting thousands of visitors since it began in 1909. With an abundance of activities and animals, the show is a fun day out for the entire family. Watch the Grand Parade of livestock that runs through the main area, head to the sporting zone for circuit training and stress management exercises, sample goodies from over 72 different food stalls, pick up artisan souvenirs in the craft tent, or instead explore the 600 strong trade stands outdoors.

Pre-paid tickets are priced at £17 for adults and £5 per child, with concession rates available. All areas are made as accessible as possible, but wheelchair users are asked to take extra care as there will be uneven ground.

If you find yourself swooning over the handmade craft, or perhaps thinking of taking up a new hobby that you need a small slice of space for, why not pay a visit to the local Crane Garden Buildings Show Site and take a look at our hand-made timber buildings. PLEASE NOTE: In anticipation of road closures and diversions, we recommend you plan your route to our show site before visiting. During the Royal Berkshire Show, access to the site not possible at the usual Junction 13 from the M4, instead you must head for Newbury Village and follow Hermitage Road. Please feel free to call the show site on 01635 200000 and we can recommend your best route.
