Crane Garden Buildings are EDP Business Awards 2025 Finalists

We are excited to share that Crane Garden Buildings has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Customer Excellence Award category at this year’s EDP Business Awards 2025.

The EDP Business Awards shine a spotlight on businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk that go above and beyond in their respective industries. This shortlisting is a meaningful recognition of our team, who take genuine care and pride in doing right by our customers.

In recognition of our commitment to Customer Excellence, judges commented that we "go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction", noting the "impressive number of quality assurance processes embedded into the client experience".

 In addition to the individual award categories, all finalists are also in the running for the prestigious Norfolk Business of the Year award.

The overwhelmingly positive responses shared through customer surveys this year are a testament to that culture.

Together, these achievements reflect the trust and loyalty we’ve earned over 51 years of craftsmanship and care, with every building handmade in Norfolk to stand the test of time.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, 27th November 2025 at the Norfolk Showground Arena in Norwich, and will be hosted by comedian and TV personality Ed Byrne.

We’re looking forward to celebrating with other local businesses at the event later this month. Whatever the outcome, being recognised as a finalist for the Customer Excellence Award is a fantastic achievement, and a proud reminder of the dedication and care our team brings to every customer interaction, whether that’s right here in Norfolk or at installations hundreds of miles away.
