We have installed one of our Superior Garden Sheds in Hounslow, London for a customer wanting a small garden tool shed. As the shed would be seen from their home, they wanted one that was both attractive and practical, which is why they chose our Superior Shed
range. Our talented CAD team designed the building to order for our skilled craftsmen to then handcraft it from FSC® certified timber inside the factory at our Norfolk HQ. It was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by members of our installations team, which we include in the price of all our buildings as part of our end-to-end service.
Our Superior Sheds can be made in many different standard and non-standard sizes, meaning you can have a shed that is very small or very large depending on your needs. You can also choose what style of roof you would like and the placement of the doors and windows to ensure the design of your new shed works for its intended use. Our customer opted for a Superior Shed in an apex roof design that is 2.4 x 2.4m in size, with a set of double doors in the gable and a triple window set in the side. The apex roof has an attractive overhang, and the double doors have an opening of 1700mm x 1800mm, which will allow our customer to get larger items in and out of their small garden tool shed with ease. Another practical feature our customer chose to have installed is guttering, which will collect rainwater run-off from the roof and deposit it away from the building, protecting the bottom boards of the shed. To give our customer a dedicated workspace inside, a workbench has been installed. The workbench is 900mm tall and 600mm deep and made using oak-faced plywood for a solid and sturdy finish. A heavy-duty floor has also been fitted which will support the weight of any heavy items our customer wanted to store inside.
My family and friends (and neighbours) love the shed it is the most superior design and a lot of people have commented positively about the build quality too.

For aesthetic purposes, our customer chose to have grey slate effect tiles laid on the roof. Not only do the grey slate effect tiles look attractive, but they also provide protection against UV rays, wind, hail, and fire. To complement the roof tiles, our customer chose to have the smooth shiplap-clad exterior of their Superior Shed painted in Sandstone. Sandstone is a soft, neutral tone colour from our Exterior Paint System that will look lovely in any setting.
