Tucked away into a small corner of our customer’s garden, shrouded with trees, in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, this
Superior Shed has been installed to keep all of their beekeeping equipment inside.
At 1.8 x 2.4m, this is a small, simple shed, but it has a few extra touches that makes it really stand out from your average storage shed: there is black guttering on the front side to help catch any excess rainfall and protect the door and window in this side, and there are four windows in total (one being in the door), all of which are Georgian in style to add a traditional look to the building.
Heavy duty felt has been used on the roof, which is heat-bonded on to give it a longer life-span (12-15 years), and the customer wanted as natural a look as possible for the shed, so they just opted for our Light Oak preservative, which protects the timber from woodworm and fungi.
I’ve been meaning for the last week to write praising Cranes to the skies and telling you just how thrilled we are with our beautiful new building... ...We are SO impressed with all the members of staff we've had the pleasure of meeting over the period we've been planning this - without exception everyone in Cranes has been helpful, considerate and cheery and nobody told us that to try and get a top of the range biuilding into a space without proper access was foolhardy - they just made sure it happened. It's truly wonderful in this day and age to encounter such superior, faultless and courteous organisation and implementation. Many congratulations and thanks to you all.

This is a small, simple shed with a few of the customer’s own quirks to make it their own. These alterations have been made possible as the customer opted to purchase a shed from our Superior range; although, our Classic sheds are equally desirable.
For more information on our high quality sheds our best suggestion would be to come and view the buildings for yourself. You can do this at any one of our seven Show Centres across the country, and our helpful staff will be able to answer any of your questions too.
