12 x 16ft Garden Studio with Veranda

This 12 x 16ft Garden Studio with Veranda is one of our Holt Studios, designed to our customer’s specifications by our in-house CAD engineers. It was hand-crafted to order from the finest materials, including FSC® certified timber, by skilled craftsmen in our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our installations team. We include delivery and installation in the price of all our luxury garden studios to give you peace of mind that your new garden studio is being installed by an expert while also ensuring the high standards that we pride ourselves on are met.

Our Holt Studio is an ultra-modern garden studio with a stylish pent roof and two walls of glazing, offering unhindered views of your garden while you relax inside. It is available in many different sizes and configurations, with the option to extend your veranda up to 10ft. Our customer opted for a 12 x 16ft garden studio, which includes a 6ft veranda to the right-hand side. The larger veranda will allow our customer to make the most of having indoor and outdoor space to enjoy and can be turned into an alfresco dining and seating area. This luxury garden studio has heavy-duty felt on the roof and a smooth shiplap clad exterior. To finish, this Holt Studio has been painted using our Exterior Paint System in the colour Sage, which is a lovely light green colour that will allow the building to blend in seamlessly with its surroundings.

Internally, the Holt Studio benefits from being fully insulated, lined and double glazed, ensuring year-round comfort. The walls and ceiling are lined with solid pine natural matchboard lining, offering a warm, cosy feel inside. Our customer has opted to have a natural lacquer applied to our standard floorboards, which will protect the timber while also giving it a nice sheen. This luxury garden studio also has our electric pack installed, which will enable it to be supplied with power and lighting.
