12 x 14ft Garden Studios

This 12 x 14ft (3.6 x 4.2m) Langham Garden Studio was recently installed for our customer who was looking for a dual-purpose building to be used as a relaxation area and garden studio gym. Constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, this large garden studio was built by our expert team of craftsmen based in our Norfolk factory, with delivery and installation included in our prices.

The exterior of this Langham features a smooth shiplap cladding exterior, spacious double doors and four sets of desk height windows, giving this large garden studio plentiful light and scenic views. Four out of the six windows are opening windows to let in a cool breeze on warm summer days. The apex roof is covered in Cedar Shingle tiles, which complements the exterior paint colour of Sage, effortlessly. Our exterior paint system, alongside adding a contemporary splash of colour to this garden studio gym, is also opaque, weather resistant and protective. Measuring at 12 x 14ft (3.6 x 4.2m) this Langham is the perfect size for adding an assortment of exercise equipment and will also make a relaxing garden retreat when not in use as a garden studio gym.

Our Langham, like all of our studios and offices, comes fully lined and insulated (floor, walls and ceiling), meaning this large garden studio can be utilised all year round. This insulated garden room has also been fitted with an electric pack and heater meaning our customers will have full control over the temperature of this building, making those winter workouts all the easier. The windows are also double glazed to help maintain a comfortable environment and increase energy efficiency. The internal matchboard lining has been painted in the colour ivory, which gives the inside of this insulated garden studio a bright and welcoming interior, which is perfect for our customer who will be using this space as an area to achieve their exercise goals. The floor has been left as Natural timber, however our customer has opted for our lacquered floor finish, giving the timber a mid-sheen finish and protecting it from general wear and tear. This insulated garden studio was one of our ex-display buildings, meaning our customers also made a saving on the price, which is a great option for those looking for a slightly reduced cost.
