Introducing our NEW Holt Studio

Exciting things have been happening at Crane Garden Buildings recently, with the opening of two brand new show centres in Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells, but we now have some more news to share with you - we have added a new building to our range!

                                                                                           

Introducing our NEW Holt Studio; a modern sleek building that can be used as a relaxing garden room, a garden office, or for a combination of wonderful uses.

                                                                                                  

The Holt provides the ultimate in outdoor living with both a fully lined and insulated interior and a veranda to the front and side included as part of its design. It has a pent roof that features an attractive overhang, which is connected to the veranda with two exterior walls that we have named “Cheeks” as they nicely frame the building. It features two walls of double glazing as part of its design offering you unhindered views of your garden while you work, relax, or play inside.

                                                                                           

Our Holt Studio can fit wonderfully in a corner or it can stand out and be the focal point of your garden. It can be made in a left-hand or right-hand corner configuration and is available in 12 standard sizes with either a 0.6, 0.8, or 1.0m veranda to the front and side, depending on the overall size of your building. You also have the option of making the side veranda bigger, increasing it to be either 1.8, 2.4, or 3.0m in size, resulting in the overall size range measuring from 3.0 x 3.0m to 4.6 x 9.0m.

The standard veranda can be used as an extension of the garden by adding a few pot plants, but the larger veranda sizes can be transformed into a social space with the addition of a comfy sofa, an alfresco dining setup, or even house a hot tub for the ultimate in outdoor relaxation.

                                                                                               

When it comes to the decoration of this Studio, there are lots of different options for you to choose from. We offer our Exterior Paint System as standard, or you can upgrade to your choice of colour from a collection of specially selected Farrow & Ball shades. You can also have the “Cheeks” of the Holt Studio painted in a different colour for an alternative look. The interior can be tailored to your tastes with either natural or painted matchboard lining the walls and ceiling, as well as a range of different flooring options. Electrics and a heater can also be installed for further practicality and comfort.
