2.4 x 3.0m Hipped Roof Cley Summerhouse in Ash from our exterior paint system

This lovely Cley is from our summerhouse range and it was installed for a customer in Send, Surrey. This Cley fits into their garden perfectly, giving them a relaxing garden retreat that can be enjoyed all throughout the year. Designed and tailor-made to our customer’s requirements, it was then hand-made to order using FSC® certified timber at our factory in Narford, Norfolk.

This building measures 2.4 x 3.0m and it is painted in the shade Ash from our exterior paint system. It has a hipped roof covered in grey slate effect tiles, which, combined with the exterior paint colour, blends seamlessly into our customer’s garden, achieving the look they wanted.

Everything was well explained and communication was constant and timely. The sales team at Hilliers Hermitage went out of their way to come to our garden and show us how our ordered Cley Summerhouse would fit. The installation team - Craig and Mark - were wonderfully helpful with their suggestions for how to position internal fittings, as was the electrician.

This building has six Georgian windows, with a set also installed in the double doors, ensuring that the inside of the building is filled with as much natural light as possible. The walls and the ceiling are lined and insulated, and our customer has also chosen to add floor insulation and an electric pack with heater as extra, which ensures that the building stays comfortable inside whatever the weather. A light oak lacquer has been applied to the floor and polished chrome door furniture has been fitted to provide the final finishing touches to this building.
