2.4 x 3.0m Holkham Summerhouse Painted in Exterior Pebble with Ivory on the Doors and Windows

This 2.4 x 3.0m bright garden summerhouse in Oxted, Surrey, was recently installed by our team of in-house fitters for our customers who were looking for an all-year-round summerhouse to enjoy with friends and family. Like all of our buildings, this Holkham Summerhouse was constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood by expert craftsmen in our Norfolk-based factory. From design to installation, we offer a fully inclusive package that includes both delivery and installation in the price, so there are no hidden fees waiting around the corner.

The exterior of this large garden summer house features smooth shiplap cladding, a double door and four sets of leaded windows. The window sets located on the left and right side of the building are double windows sets that are both opening windows, allowing a fresh breeze during the warmer months. The front two window sets are both single fixed windows. The apex roof has been covered in our grey slate composite tiles which effortlessly complements the exterior paint colour Pebble, which is from our four-coat Exterior paint system. Our customers opted to have their windows and doors painted in the colour Ivory to create an attractive two-toned finish.

My wife and I would like to thank you for the smooth and efficient "creation" of our summerhouse. From the initial valuable discussion with Alan McGregor at our home and the erection of our Holkham garden building, the whole process went precisely according to plan. The base was laid on schedule and we were impressed with the smooth arrival of the building on the low loader. The construction was done precisely, calmly, efficiently and without any fuss by the three members of staff who were a credit to the company. On completion they kindly moved a heavy exercise bike from the house and put it in the building. It is a pleasure to sit in the space and it serves our purpose well.

This bright garden summerhouse in Oxted is equally luxurious internally, with a multitude of comfort enhancing features. Our customers opted to have this Holkham fully lined and insulated with an electric pack, enabling them to use this garden retreat all year round, whatever the weather. The internal matchboard lining has been left Natural to highlight the premium quality of our timber, whilst the floor has been lacquered to give it a mid-sheen finish alongside protecting it from general wear and tear.
