One of our octagonal Wiveton Summerhouses has been installed in the countryside garden belonging to our customer residing in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. Our customer opted for this design as they wanted a building that would nestle nicely in the corner of their garden, and they thought the shape of our
Wiveton Summerhouse would work well in the space. Designed and hand-made to order by skilled CAD engineers and craftsmen inside our Norfolk factory, it was delivered and assembled at our customer’s address by members of our expert installations team. We include delivery and installation in the price of all our buildings as part of the end-to-end service we offer our customers.
Our Wiveton Summerhouse is available in 5 different sizes, with the smallest measuring 1.8 x 1.8m and the largest 3.6 x 3.6m. Our customer has opted for the second largest size, which is 3.0 x 3.0m. It has an octagonal design, with Georgian windows in four out of the eight sides, as well as in the double doors, offering plenty of natural light inside, as well as the option to view your garden from multiple angles. The shiplap clad exterior is painted in the colour Saltwater from our Exterior Paint System, which is complemented beautifully by the Grey slate effect tiles laid on the roof.
I just had to write to you to say how happy we are with our beautiful new Wiveton Summerhouse. I also wanted to let you know how courteous, polite and efficient your construction team were. Nothing was too much trouble, they wanted to be sure that I was happy in every way with the summerhouse. I believe their names were Scott and Lee and I would be most grateful if you could pass on my thanks and congratulations to them for how they dealt with the construction work, how tidily they worked and how they even explained about the windows, door locks etc. I also want you to know what fantastic ambassadors they are for your company.

Internally, our Wiveton Summerhouse benefits from having the walls and ceiling lined and insulated, making ideal for year-round use. Our customer has also chosen to have electrics and a heater installed as extra, providing the Summerhouse with power, lighting, and additional warmth. The walls are lined with Ivory painted matchboard and our engineered floorboards in the shade Heritage Oak have been laid. Our Engineered Flooring sits on top of the existing floorboards, with a layer of underlay in between the two, providing insulating and sound absorbing benefits.
