3.0 x 6.0m Burnham Studio in Exterior Saltwater Paint with storage partition

This Burnham Studio turned garden office has been installed for a customer in Wells, Norfolk. As with all our timber garden offices, this Burnham Studio was hand-crafted from FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood at our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed by members of our installations team. We include delivery and installation in the price of all our buildings as part of our end-to-end service and to provide customers with peace of mind that their new building is being installed by our experts.

Our Burnham Studio is available in a range of sizes, with our customer selecting one of our larger standard sizes of 3.0 x 6.0m. Our customer wanted a modern garden office with an apex roof, so they chose our Burnham as it comes designed with a fully glazed front elevation and a pitched roof. To bring the garden office inline with permitted development regulations, we were able to lower the pitch of the roof to be under 2.5m. The aesthetic features of this building include grey slate effect tiles and shiplap cladding painted in Saltwater from our Exterior Paint System. This garden office studio has also been designed with a partition to create a built-in storage area for our customer. The unlined partitioned section measures 1.8 x 3.0m, making it the ideal size for storing general garden items.

Well I'm delighted that all appeared to go so smoothly for you team who came over to construct the "shed"! Thank you to you and all staff involved in purchase and construction of the building: it is a superb piece of work and the quality of the workmanship is much to be admired. We are delighted with our "Burnham studio" although maybe it should be re-named Burnham Palace! The office space inside this Burnham Studio benefits from being fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard, providing comfortable conditions for working from home inside all throughout the year. Our customer has also chosen to have electrics and a heater installed to supply the office with power, lighting, and additional warmth. To decorate the interior, our customer has opted to have Ivory painted matchboard to line the walls and ceiling, which is complimented beautifully by the engineered flooring laid in the grey-toned shade of Copenhagen.
