This garden office building is our Salthouse garden office, delivered and installed in Tottenham, London. Our customer wanted a modern garden office where they could comfortably work from home throughout the year, so they opted for this Salthouse
. As all of our buildings are crafted to order from FSC® certified timber, they can be tailored to your requirements, meaning that our customer was able to choose all of the design options they wanted to create their dream office. The manufacturing plans were created by our in-house CAD engineers, ready for the skilled craftsmen in our Norfolk factory to hand-make. This luxury garden office was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by experts from our installations team, which we include in the price of all our buildings as part of our end-to-end service.
The Salthouse garden office has a pent roof design, with a fully glazed front elevation that will flood the interior with plenty of natural light. There are also opening fanlights installed in the back wall that will aid with airflow internally. This modern garden office is available in many different sizes, with our customer opting for our 3.0 x 4.2m size. The pent roof of this Salthouse garden office is covered in EPDM, which is a rubber-based roof covering that is glued to the roof, and guttering has also been installed. The exterior is clad with shiplap, giving it a smooth surface finish, and our customer has opted to have it painted using Farrow & Ball’s rich and fully opaque paint system in the colour Green Smoke.
Our Salthouse Studio is now fully installed, painted, wired up, heated and we absolutely love it! Very impressed overall with how it looks and how solid it all feels.

This insulated garden office also has additional features including a heavy duty floor made with floorboards that are 38mm thick and electrics with a heater, supplying the garden office with power, lighting, and additional warmth.
