This modern garden studio in Sevenoaks showcases the full customer journey—from first visit to final installation. It began when the customer visited our show centre at Coolings Lifestyle Garden Centre, looking for a versatile space for work and relaxation. There, our expert team guided them through our range of designs, features, and finishes.

After viewing the buildings up close and discussing their needs, they chose the Salthouse—one of our most popular models. Its sleek, contemporary design and flexible layout made it ideal for a multi-purpose space. They selected a 3.0 x 4.2m footprint, striking the perfect balance between spaciousness and garden proportion.

Next came personalisation. Through our Farrow & Ball partnership, they picked Off-Black for the exterior, paired with Pointing inside—creating a modern yet homely contrast. Custom door and window placements, including central double doors and fanlights, maximised natural light and symmetry. To ensure year-round usability, the studio was complete with electrics and heating.

With all options confirmed, our CAD engineers created precise digital plans. These were then used by our Norfolk-based craftsmen to hand-build the studio before delivering and installing it in their garden—ready to enjoy.
