One of our Classic Summerhouses has been installed in the lovely countryside garden of a customer based in Leckhampstead, Berkshire. Our customer selected our Classic Summerhouse with the help of our advisors at our Berkshire show centre, located in Newbury inside Hillier Garden Centre. Once the style of building and all of the interior and exterior options had been chosen by our customer, our CAD team were able to create the manufacturing drawings ready for the summerhouse to go into production inside our Norfolk factory. This Classic Summerhouse was hand-crafted to order from FSC® certified timber and then delivered and installed at our customer’s home by our expert installations team.

Our Classic Summerhouse is one of our more traditional summerhouses, with an octagonal-shaped design. It has windows in four out of its eight sides, as well as in the double doors, which will flood the interior with plenty of natural light while also offering views across your garden from a multitude of angles. Our Classic Summerhouse comes in one size, measuring 2.4 x 3.0m. The roof is covered in cedar shingles that will naturally weather to a lovely silvery/grey colour as they age, and the smooth shiplap clad exterior is painted in your choice of colour from our Classic Paint System. Our customer chose the shade Stone, which is one of the six colours available.

Internally, our Classic Summerhouse is unlined, which will allow you to get maximum enjoyment out of your building during the warmer months of the year. The interior is left natural as standard, creating a warm living environment inside, but you can also opt to have the interior painted in the same colour as your exterior for an alternative look. Our customer has chosen to do this, with the interior painted in Stone, just like the exterior.
