Year-round Summerhouse in Keele Staffordshire

This 2.4 x 4.2m year-round summerhouse in Keele, Staffordshire, was recently installed by our team of expert fitters. Constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood and featuring a multitude of luxurious features, this Holkham Summerhouse was handcrafted in our Norfolk factory by our in-house skilled workers. The exterior of this Holkham Summerhouse features rustic weatherboard cladding, a spacious double door, and four sets of double Georgian windows. The Georgian windows on either side of the building are both opening windows whilst the two sets on the front of the building are fixed windows. The apex roof has been covered in our finest quality Canadian blue label cedar shingles which have a life span of 25-35 years and weather to a stunning silver shade over time. Our customers have opted to have this Holkham painted in the shade Lizard, from our exterior paint system, which alongside being weather resistant and protective, also adds a contemporary splash of colour to this premium quality summerhouse.

My wife and I would like to thank you for the smooth and efficient "creation" of our summerhouse. From the initial valuable discussion with Alan McGregor at our home and the erection of our Holkham garden building, the whole process went precisely according to plan. The base was laid on schedule and we were impressed with the smooth arrival of the building on the low loader. The construction was done precisely, calmly, efficiently and without any fuss by the three members of staff who were a credit to the company. On completion they kindly moved a heavy exercise bike from the house and put it in the building. It is a pleasure to sit in the space and it serves our purpose well.

Our Holkham Summerhouse comes unlined as standard, however, our customers have opted to have full lining and insulation fitted to make this year-round summerhouse in Keele, Staffordshire, appropriate for use, whatever the weather. There has also been an electric pack fitted to give our customers a summer house with electricity that can manage a range of electrical appliances. Our electric pack includes four double sockets, a light switch, an external double socket, lighting, and an 8-way consumer unit and is available to be installed on the vast majority of our sheds and summer houses.
