This traditional-looking garden shed has been installed within a spot of beauty, surrounded by colourful flowers and lush greenery, in a customer’s garden in Churchill, Oxfordshire. Our customer is a budding garden enthusiast so they wanted a building that they could store their gardening equipment in, as well as work on potting inside. This Superior Shed
has been hand-made-to-order at our HQ in Narford, Norfolk, calling on the talents of our in-house CAD engineers and skilled craftsmen and women inside our factory, before it was delivered and assembled by members of our trusted installations team.
As all of our buildings are made to order, we are able to tailor them to suit your requirements. Our Superior Sheds are available in wide range of standard and non-standard sizes, meaning we can make them very small or very large, depending on your needs. Our customer has opted for a shed measuring 2.4 x 3.0m to fit in with the space they had available in their garden.
On our Superior range, you also get to choose which style of roof you would like, as well as the placement of your doors and windows. This building has an apex roof covered in heavy duty roofing felt with a single door and window in the front gable, a triple window set in the side, and an additional single window in the gable end. All of the windows on this building are made using 4mm toughened safety glass and are Georgian in style.
I had to put pen to paper or rather finger to keyboard and email you. After 12 weeks wait and a big bill, My shed arrived Tuesday 10th September. What can I say, this is not a shed it is a vastly superior model railway building. Well worth the expense and wait. Roger and Steve arrived on time and although having to navigate down the overcrowded cul-d-sac to My house, were both cheerful and efficient. The shed is more than expected even after visiting Narford to view the sheds. From the first phone call, through dealing and ordering with James to the final payment over the phone everyone at Cranes has been both friendly and professional. Although there was a small problem it has now been sorted in your usual friendly manner. Once again thank you all for your wonderful service and a shed to make the neighbours jealous and modelling an even bigger pleasure.

The outside of this garden shed has been clad using weatherboard cladding, which is made using FSC® certified timber boards that are left sawn to give the building a more rustic look. In keeping with the more traditional look, our customer has chosen to have their building treated with a Light Oak Preservative which, not only will it help protect the timber from fungi and woodworm, it will also give it a natural looking sheen.
