National Trust Oxburgh Garden Shed with a Pent Roof
Positioned at the bottom of our customer’s garden in Brize Norton, Oxfordshire, this 1.8 x 3.0m National Trust Oxburgh Garden Shed has been installed to be used as an unimposing, traditional garden storage shed that blends in well with their garden.
The customer chose the Oxburgh out of the National Trust range of sheds because of its pent roof, and the unimposing nature of it. They thought the pent roof would help it feel more like a part of the garden, rather than just an addition to it.
The traditional features of the National Trust Garden Sheds include black cast iron door furniture, Georgian-style windows, vertical sawn boards for the external cladding (as oppose to the modern horizontal sawn cladding that we use on our own range of buildings), and the pent roof has a protective layer of corrugated sheeting on it.
Wades Lantern, a green/brown colour from our National Trust paint range has been selected to paint the shed. This natural colour really suits the customer’s garden, and helps it blend in with the grass and shrubs around it.
