This octagonal summerhouse is one of our Wiveton Summerhouses and it was installed in Clipston, Nottinghamshire, which is just a stone’s throw away from our Nottingham show site. Our customer wanted a summerhouse from which they could admire the beauty of their newly landscaped garden, so after looking at the display buildings at our show site, selected our Wiveton. As with all of garden buildings, this summerhouse was designed to order by our CAD engineers before being hand-crafted by the skilled craftsmen inside our factory in Narford, Norfolk. Delivery and installation are included in the price of our buildings to give our customers peace of mind that their building is installed by our experts, ensuring that the high standards we pride ourselves on are met.

Our customer opted for a Wiveton Summerhouse measuring 1.8 x 2.5m to fit in with the design of their garden. If you require a different size, they are also available in four other sizes, with the smallest being 1.8 x 1.8m and the biggest 3.6 x 3.6m. The Wiveton has been designed with windows in four out of the eight sides, as well as in the double doors, to afford a light and airy feel inside. The windows are made using 4mm toughened safety glass, and, on this particular Wiveton, they are leaded in style, as per our customer’s requirements.

We have recently taken delivery and fitment of a 3.0 x 3.0m Wiveton Summerhouse and are completely delighted! Both the crews who laid the base and constructed the building were friendly, polite and helpful. They were well-organised and left the site clean and tidy. The summerhouse looks beautiful. To decorate the exterior, our customer opted for Canadian Blue Label Cedar Shingles on the roof and the shiplap cladding was painted in the colour Lizard from our exterior paint system. Internally, this building benefits from insulation and lining on the walls and ceiling. Our customer likes a natural look, so they opted for unpainted matchboard for the internal lining.
