Summerhouses in Docking Norfolk | Delivery & Installation Inc

We have installed one of our Holkham Summerhouses in Docking, Norfolk. With the help of one of our friendly advisors, our customer chose which of our buildings was the perfect fit for their garden, as well as all of the interior and exterior design options they wanted in order to create their dream summerhouse. This Holkham Summerhouse was designed to our customer’s specifications by our CAD engineers before being hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber by skilled craftsmen in our Norfolk factory. It was then delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our installations team, who are the experts in ensuring our buildings are installed to the high standards we pride ourselves on. It is for this reason that we include delivery and installation in the price of all our luxury summerhouses.

With an apex roof and clean lines, the Holkham Summerhouse has a traditional design, but with ¾ glazed doors and windows, it also has the modern light benefits of plenty of glazing to give a light and airy feel inside. This luxury summerhouse is available in a wide range of sizes, with this particular Holkham measuring 1.8 x 2.4m, which is the smallest standard size we make this summer building in. This Holkham Summerhouse has a single fixed window placed on either side of the double doors to the front of the building, with an additional double opening window set installed on both sides of the garden summerhouse. The apex roof is covered in cedar shingles and the windows are leaded in style. The exterior is clad with shiplap, which gives it a smooth finish. The Holkham Summerhouse comes treated with a light oak preservative as standard, but as our customer wanted painted summerhouse, it has been finished using our Exterior Paint System in the shade Sage, which is a lovely green-toned shade that will allow a garden summerhouse to blend seamlessly with any garden setting.

When I first wanted to look at the Crane display at Burford, Andrew was wonderfully helpful. He instantly understood what I was looking for, although I was not sure myself, and persuaded me to look at sheds which were cheaper than I originally thought I wanted. As a direct result of this, I decided to order a Holkham Summerhouse as well as a couple of sheds! When Andrew came to my house to advise on where the sheds should be sited, he again suggested solutions I had not thought of; he pointed out that my original idea involved unacceptably pruning a tree. By the end of it, I felt that Andrew was a personal friend, and later when I spoke to Robert on the phone, it was clear that everything I had discussed with Andrew had been passed on so I did not have to explain anything and felt that he too was a friend. It was a very professional operation.

The Holkham Summerhouse is an unlined summerhouse as standard, making it the ideal spot to enjoy your garden from during the warmer months of the year. Our customer loved the design of this Holkham Summerhouse but required a year-round use summerhouse, so we were able to add full insulation, lining, and double glazing so that it can be used comfortably in every season. The walls are lined in Ivory painted matchboard for a homely feel. These interior features are not the only optional extras we offer to tailor our buildings to your needs, electrics and a heater can also be added to our luxury summerhouses so that they are supplied with power, lighting and additional warmth.
