This 1.8 x 2.5m Wiveton Summerhouse was recently installed by our dedicated team of fitters in Farringdon, London. Our customers, having recently moved into a new home, were looking for a small relaxation area to enjoy during the warm summer months, and this luxury summer house was the perfect fit. Constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood, this garden summerhouse like all our buildings, was built by our expert team of craftsmen from our Norfolk factory, with delivery and installation included in the price.

The exterior of this wooden summerhouse features smooth shiplap cladding, a spacious double door and four sets of leaded windows. The multiple window sets paired with the Wivetons octagonal design makes this luxury summer house the perfect place for relaxing in whilst taking in the views of your garden space. The roof of this garden summerhouse is covered in grey slate composite tiles and the door furniture is finished in polished chrome, which complements the exterior paint colour, ivory, effortlessly. The colour ivory, from our Exterior paint range, makes this luxury summer house stand out as a centrepiece in our customers garden, as well as being protective, long-lasting and weather-resistant.

We have recently taken delivery and fitment of a 3.0 x 3.0m Wiveton Summerhouse and are completely delighted! Both the crews who laid the base and constructed the building were friendly, polite and helpful. They were well-organised and left the site clean and tidy. The summerhouse looks beautiful. Our Wiveton Summerhouse comes with lined and insulated floors and ceiling, however we do offer a full lining and insulation option to make our wooden summerhouses usable all year-round, whatever the weather. For our customers in Uckfield, they were looking for a purely summer-use building and therefore decided to keep their luxury summerhouse partially lined and insulated. Our customers also chose to keep the internal matchboard lining of their building unpainted, therefore allowing them to add plentiful personalisation with garden furniture and décor. The floor has also been left as Natural timber, however, our customers did choose to have the floor of their garden summerhouse lacquered, giving it a mid-sheen finish and protecting it from general wear and tear.
