1.7 x 2.4m Holkham Summerhouse painted in Old White with Apex Roof

This 1.7 x 2.4m Holkham Summerhouse was recently installed in Stansted, Essex, for our customers who were looking to create a garden leisure space to retreat to during warm days. Installed by our expert team of fitters, it was essential to our customers that their garden retreat had a high-quality interior finish as well as fit in effortlessly with their home. Like all of our premium summerhouses, this Holkham was constructed using FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood and handcrafted with care in our Norfolk factory. We also include delivery and installation within our prices so you can be assured that you are receiving our outstanding service from start to finish.

The exterior of this traditional summerhouse in Stansted, Essex, features our smooth shiplap cladding, a spacious double door, and four sets of Georgian windows. The double window sets located on the sides of the building are also opening windows to allow for a fresh breeze during warm days. This, in combination with the double door, will allow our customers to create a seamless indoor to outdoor living experience. The apex roof has been covered in our grey slate composite tiles, which perfectly complements the exterior colour, Old White, from our specially selected Farrow & Ball paint range.

When I first wanted to look at the Crane display at Burford, Andrew was wonderfully helpful. He instantly understood what I was looking for, although I was not sure myself, and persuaded me to look at sheds which were cheaper than I originally thought I wanted. As a direct result of this, I decided to order a Holkham Summerhouse as well as a couple of sheds! When Andrew came to my house to advise on where the sheds should be sited, he again suggested solutions I had not thought of; he pointed out that my original idea involved unacceptably pruning a tree. By the end of it, I felt that Andrew was a personal friend, and later when I spoke to Robert on the phone, it was clear that everything I had discussed with Andrew had been passed on so I did not have to explain anything and felt that he too was a friend. It was a very professional operation.

The interior of this Holkham Summerhouse has been given an equally luxurious finish with a range of additional premium features. The painted matchboard internal lining and ceiling of this Stansted-based Summerhouse have been painted in the colour, Ivory, with our engineered flooring in the shade, Heritage Oak. Whilst our customers opted to not have full lining and insulation fitted, they did decide to insulate the floor to allow them to fully insulate the building in the future, should they wish to. This is an essential step if you are considering further insulation at a later date as this cannot be done after installation. Our customers also decided not to have an electric pack fitted to create a peaceful garden escape free from the distractions of the everyday.
