3.0 x 4.2m Garden Room in High Roding, Essex
This stunning Garden Room
, installed recently in High Roding, Essex, only adds to the charm of our customer’s picturesque garden. This customer wanted a secluded space in their garden to relax and enjoy reading with plenty of windows for them to watch wildlife roam freely outside. It was designed exactly how they wanted it by our in-house CAD engineers before it was hand-made to order by expert craftsmen inside our factory at our head office in Norfolk.
This Garden Room measures 3.0m x 4.2m, designed with a hipped roof, which in this case, our customer has opted to have covered in grey slate effect tiles and lined with white guttering. To finish the building, our customer has decided to have the exterior weatherboard cladding painted in the shade Old White from the Farrow & Ball paint system.
In order for our customer to get as much use out of their new building as they desire, our Garden Room comes fully lined and insulated with an electric pack and heater as standard. This is so they can use it all year-round and its use is not dependant on the weather. It has six opening, double glazed Georgian windows which will make sure this building is always flooded with plenty of natural light inside. Our customer has opted for the matchboard on the internal walls to painted in the Farrow & Ball shade Slipper Satin and engineered flooring has been laid in the colour Shade Oak, ensuring that their building looks as good on the inside as it does the outside.
Just a short note to say how pleased we are with the Garden Room, and how impressed we were with the team that laid the concrete foundation and the second team that erected the building. Both were led by Cliff who was hardworking, effective, efficient and, above all, competent. I had every confidence in the on-site workmanship. Thank you.
