Summerhouses in Caxton, Cambridgeshire

Our Wiveton is an octagonal den with plenty of windows and a lofty ceiling. It is available in 5 different sizes, with the smallest measuring 1.8 x 1.8m and the largest being 3.6 x 3.6m. Our customer has opted for the middle size, with their octagonal den measuring 2.4 x 3.0m. The Wiveton has windows in four out of its eight sides, as well as in the double doors, which will flood the interior with plenty of natural light. The amount of windows will also allow you to enjoy views of your garden while you relax inside. The octagonal roof of our customer’s Wiveton Summerhouse is covered in cedar shingles and the windows are Georgian in style. The exterior is clad with smooth shiplap, which has been painted in Lizard from our Exterior Paint System.

To make our Wiveton Summerhouse suitable for use throughout the year, the walls and ceiling come lined and insulated as standard. For further comfort, you can also add floor insulation and double glazing, just like this customer did. This customer also chose to add electrics to their Wiveton Summerhouse, which will supply it with power and lighting. The walls come lined with natural matchboard and our customer opted for a natural lacquer to be applied to the floor. We also offer the option of having painted walls and ceiling, as well as different flooring types for an alternative look.

This Wiveton Summerhouse was designed to the specification chosen by our customer, but as all our garden buildings are hand-made to order inside our Norfolk factory, we are able to tailor the designs of our buildings to include the exterior and interior design options of your choosing.
