10 x 20ft Summerhouse

This 10 x 20ft summerhouse is our Thornham Summerhouse, delivered and installed at our customer’s address by our experts in our installations team.

The Thornham is available in a range of sizes so you can choose a Thornham as big or as small as you need. Our customer required a large summer house so opted for a Thornham measuring 10 x 20ft. The Thornham is a pent summerhouse covered in heavy duty felt, with an attractive roof overhang. There are two double fixed window sets in the front of the building, with a double opening set installed on both sides. Our customer has opted for rustic weatherboard cladding, treated in our standard Light Oak preservative, which will help to protect the timber from fungi and woodworm.

Designed purely for use in the summer, our Thornham Summerhouse comes unlined as standard, but we can turn it into a year-round use summerhouse for you if you want a building you can use in every season. Our customer wanted to be able to use their pent summerhouse all throughout the year, so they opted to add full insulation, lining, and double glazing. They also chose to have an electric pack with heater installed to supply their insulated summer house with power, lighting, and warmth. The walls and ceiling are lined with natural matchboard and a light oak lacquer has been applied to the floor, providing the interior with a warm, cosy feel.
