I just wanted to let you know that we have been delighted with our Blakeney Summerhouse and it is getting a lot of use despite the appalling weather we have had since it went up on 13th June. The specification we eventually worked out with your help is exactly what we wanted and fits the site perfectly. Communication with the factory worked well and the team who came to install it did a very professional job. We will have no hesitation in recommending Crane to our friends.

The support and advice I received from your associates, Pauline and Tony, was outstanding. The installation was carried out this week by your associates from Narford in a most professional manner. It is a pleasure to drop you a line to say how delighted we are with our new deluxe railway shed which was finished yesterday. From our initial meeting we realized we were dealing with a professional company and this was only enhanced by the quality of product delivered and the service which accompanied it. The concrete base was laid by Cliff and Andy, the shed erected and finished by Andy and Gary and your part of the electrical work done by Jack. All work was carried out with minimum disruption, tidily and with care not to damage our garden. The men were courteous, considerate, well mannered and appeared to take a real pride in their work. With the exception of a couple of gutter fittings having to follow by post (these things happen) the experience of dealing with Cranes did not disappoint. Company uniforms and spotless vans added to the professionalism. I notice since placing our order you have taken half page ads in Railway Modeller magazine ! Our thanks to all concerned. We would certainly recommend Cranes.

I have recently had cause to consider the Garden Shed I purchased from Crane Garden Buildings over 3 years ago. At the time of purchase, I was very pleased with the process and felt the installation team were both efficient and courteous. Three years on, my garden shed continues to impress. It is still in very good shape and free from any leaks or warping. The doors still open and close properly without any issues and none of the timber is cracked despite the south facing location in direct sunlight. In summary, thank you very much for all you efforts as a company to deliver an excellent level or service and quality of product.

I write to say how impressed I was with the staff who erected my Studio last Tuesday and Wednesday. Cliff and Andrew worked so hard, and carefully, despite an initial problem about access to the site with the base sections. Darren, the electrician, arrived on Wednesday and also worked hard with installing the electrical pack to my requirements. Today, our electrician connected the studio to the mains and the sockets, and spotlights, are all working brilliantly. I am enjoying painting in my new studio and hope that the work will do justice to the space! My thanks again to the team.

I had to put pen to paper or rather finger to keyboard and email you. After 12 weeks wait and a big bill, My shed arrived Tuesday 10th September. What can I say, this is not a shed it is a vastly superior model railway building. Well worth the expense and wait. Roger and Steve arrived on time and although having to navigate down the overcrowded cul-d-sac to My house, were both cheerful and efficient. The shed is more than expected even after visiting Narford to view the sheds. From the first phone call, through dealing and ordering with James to the final payment over the phone everyone at Cranes has been both friendly and professional. Although there was a small problem it has now been sorted in your usual friendly manner. Once again thank you all for your wonderful service and a shed to make the neighbours jealous and modelling an even bigger pleasure.
