Well I'm delighted that all appeared to go so smoothly for you team who came over to construct the "shed"!  Thank you to you and all staff involved in purchase and construction of the building: it is a superb piece of work and the quality of the workmanship is much to be admired. We are delighted with our "Burnham studio" although maybe it should be re-named Burnham Palace! Please convey a message of appreciation to all your staff involved including those at your base, your friendly fitters like the three musketeers in the photo  and sub-contractors such as Callum the electrician.

I’ve been meaning for the last week to write praising Cranes to the skies and telling you just how thrilled we are with our beautiful new building... ...We are SO impressed with all the members of staff we've had the pleasure of meeting over the period we've been planning this - without exception everyone in Cranes has been helpful, considerate and cheery and nobody told us that to try and get a top of the range biuilding into a space without proper access was foolhardy - they just made sure it happened. It's truly wonderful in this day and age to encounter such superior, faultless and courteous organisation and implementation. Many congratulations and thanks to you all.

We have taken delivery of our Crane garden building today. (It is too good to call it just a shed) We are both very pleased with our choice, and the colour, stone is perfect. The men that erected the shed did an excellent job, despite the weather. We are so glad that we chose Crane, we would highly recommend.

We have now had our new shed in situ for 10 days and I write to report how delighted we are with it. It has been sited in a very small rear garden and from the outset we had concerns as to whether it would be out of proportion, but we need not have worried. We chose the high quality sheds you manufacture in the hope that it would compliment and contribute to the garden in our new home. It has achieved just that. Visitors have liked it very much, one saying that it looks as if it has been there forever, so well did it blend in. The verdigris colour is beautiful, the built in security reassuring, and the overall effect is just perfect.   On the surface, it may appear to be a lot to pay for a shed, but the quality is obvious, and the building, much more than just a shed, should remain in good condition for years to come (the pot of touch up paint is a great idea).

I would just like to say thanks to the guys who constructed the base (Richard and Andrew) and the studio itself (Craig and Will). They called to let me know when they would arrive and arrived as they said. They were all very professional and did a really good job. As it was 9pm when they finished the build (this saved them returning for a second day) they were unable to take a photo, so I said that i would send you a couple. (see attached) Thanks again for the work completed and the professionalism, including the final handover and care instructions provided.   A good job done.

Kenny and John arrived from Norfolk just before noon yesterday and worked incredibly hard all the rest of the day, showing great skill and professionalism.  They were a pleasure to watch and to talk to.  We were so impressed with their skills and politeness and we were thrilled to be able to eat our evening meal by candlelight in the garden studio in the evening after they left.  We are very pleased with the finished result.  Thank you so much.
