Who said a shed had to have a floor? This customer didn’t want, or need, one in their new Superior Shed
, so we removed it for them!
Located in Petworth, West Sussex, this customer wants their Superior Shed to store heavy equipment in, and inside the section with the double doors, they are planning on storing a ride-on lawnmower.
You probably won’t be able to see from the photograph, but there is a partition in this shed, splitting it into two sections: one is 2.4 x 1.45m with a single door in the rear gable end, and the other section in 2.4 x 2.15m with double doors on the front gable end and a Georgian summerhouse window on the right-hand side.
Grey slate effect tiles have been used to protect the roof of the shed, which is an attractive and durable material. Other finishing touches on the outside of the shed include black guttering with a down pipe, a security pack on the doors, which includes a heavy duty bolt, seven lever lock and security screws, and the shed has been painted in Lizard, a natural green colour from our Valtti colour range.
I’ve been meaning for the last week to write praising Cranes to the skies and telling you just how thrilled we are with our beautiful new building... ...We are SO impressed with all the members of staff we've had the pleasure of meeting over the period we've been planning this - without exception everyone in Cranes has been helpful, considerate and cheery and nobody told us that to try and get a top of the range biuilding into a space without proper access was foolhardy - they just made sure it happened. It's truly wonderful in this day and age to encounter such superior, faultless and courteous organisation and implementation. Many congratulations and thanks to you all.

Inside the shed, as well as there being no floor, the customer also chose to have oak faced ply lining on the walls, insulation in the walls and ceiling, and an electrical pack.
This is not our normal Superior Shed: the customer requested several bespoke options with their order, which we were more than happy to help with. If you have an idea for a Garden Shed that is not strictly our standard design, you can call us on 01760 444229 or send us an online enquiry and we will be able to go through your design with you.
