Garden Office in Staines, Surrey

This Garden Office in Staines, Surrey is one of our Burnham Studios and it has been installed for a customer wanting a modern garden building to work from home in. Our customer chose which interior and exterior design options they wanted for their new outdoor office studio before it was designed to order by our CAD engineers. Our skilled craftsmen in our Norfolk factory were then able to use the manufacturing drawings created by our CAD team to handcraft the Burnham from FSC® certified timber. Our customer’s garden office was then delivered and installed in their garden by members of our installations team, which we include in the overall price of all our buildings.

Our Burnham Studio beautifully combines both modern and traditional design elements, with a fully glazed front elevation that allows plenty of natural light inside, and a pitched roof creating extra height. It is available in a range of sizes, from as small as 1.8 x 2.4m to as big as 4.8 x 6.0m. Our customer chose our 3.0 x 4.2m size for their outdoor office studio, with grey slate effect tiles on the roof and smooth shiplap cladding painted in Slate from our Exterior Paint System.

Internally, this Burnham Studio benefits from being fully lined, insulated, and double glazed, providing a comfortable environment to work in all throughout the year. This large garden studio also benefits from having electrics installed at the request of our customer so that their new outdoor office studio is equipped with power and lighting. The walls of this Burnham Studio are lined in Ivory painted matchboard and engineered flooring in the colour ‘Copenhagen’ has also been fitted.
