Garden Studios in Banstead, Surrey

We have installed one of our Holt Garden Studios in Banstead, Surrey for a customer wanting a modern garden studio that is fully equipped for year-round use. This contemporary garden studio was designed by our CAD team using the interior and exterior design options specified by our customer and then it was hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber inside our Norfolk factory by our very talented craftsmen. Our skilled installations team then delivered and installed the Holt Studio in our customer’s garden. As with all our garden building installations, delivery and installation are included as part of the overall price. We include this as part of our end-to-end service to give you peace of mind that your new garden building is being installed by experts, while also ensuring it is assembled to the high standards that we pride ourselves on.

The Holt has an ultra-modern design, with a sleek pent roof and smooth shiplap cladding. It also features two walls of glazing which will offer you unhindered views of your garden while you work, relax, or play inside. The roof of this modern garden studio is covered in heavy-duty felt while the shiplap clad exterior is painted in Farrow & Ball Down Pipe. We offer another decoration option on our Holt Studio to have underneath the roof overhang and the “Cheeks” painted in a different colour to the exterior. The “Cheeks” are the exterior walls that connect the roof overhang to the veranda, and they have been painted in Farrow & Ball Manor House Gray on this particular Holt. This Holt Studio measures 3.8 x 4.4m, which includes a 0.8m veranda to both the front and side. If you would like a bigger veranda, the veranda on this contemporary garden studio can be extended to the side to either 1.8, 2.4 or 3.0m, which you could turn into a cosy living space or an alfresco dining area.

To enable the Holt to be comfortably used throughout the year, it comes fully lined, insulated, and double glazed as standard. The walls of this modern garden studio are lined with Farrow & Ball painted matchboard in the shade Ammonite and the floor has been treated with a natural lacquer. Our customer also chose to add our electric pack to Holt Studio, supplying their contemporary garden studio with power and lighting.
