The Salthouse, as with all of our Studios is suitable for year-round use, coming with full insulation, natural matchboard lining, double glazed windows, and an electrical pack with a heater.
A pent roof means that Salthouses fall under Planning Permission height and are less imposing on the land, giving the idea of more space than you would get with an apex or hipped roof building (in a more enclosed area).

The paint colour on this studio is Twine, which is a warm, neutral colour that matches the colour of the customer’s house and blends in very nicely with the garden. Twine is from our exterior paint system, which is a weatherproof, opaque range of paints that have a long re-decoration cycle.
The Salthouse is one of our more modern-looking buildings, and the full-length glass windows are the key to this look. They allow an abundance of natural light inside and offer our customers with wonderful views of their gardens, which, for those customers who use their buildings for more creative projects, is great for inspiration.
