Superior Shed with a Pent Roof
This 1.8 x 3.6m Superior Shed
has been installed in our customer’s garden in Bookham, Surrey to use as a practical garden storage shed, but also to look attractive in their garden.
There are a few reasons why some customers prefer a pent roof to an apex roofed shed: the first being that they are less likely to have to apply for Planning Permission, and the second being that a pent roof is a little less conspicuous, allowing it to blend into our customers gardens a bit better than an apex roof.
This customer chose to have heavy duty felt on the roof, which is heat-bonded onto the roof to increase its longevity.
Georgian windows add a traditional elegance to the shed, and the paint colour is Taupe, which is a multi-layered, opaque paint colour from our Valtti Paint Range.
I’ve been meaning for the last week to write praising Cranes to the skies and telling you just how thrilled we are with our beautiful new building... ...We are SO impressed with all the members of staff we've had the pleasure of meeting over the period we've been planning this - without exception everyone in Cranes has been helpful, considerate and cheery and nobody told us that to try and get a top of the range biuilding into a space without proper access was foolhardy - they just made sure it happened. It's truly wonderful in this day and age to encounter such superior, faultless and courteous organisation and implementation. Many congratulations and thanks to you all.

Black guttering along the back will help catch excess rainwater running off the roof, and the external cladding is shiplap for a smooth finish.
