This stunning FSC® certified Scandinavian Redwood timber Wiveton Summerhouse was recently selected from our range of stunning, luxury summerhouses to be a quaint reading room that our customer could enjoy throughout the year, as well as a space place to shelve their beloved books. As with all of our high-quality timber buildings, the Summerhouse was designed and hand-built at our Norfolk factory before being both delivered and installed by our team of in-house fitting experts.
The Wiveton Summerhouse has a distinctive octagonal shape with a hipped roof, and is available in a range of different sizes so that our customer can select whatever size fits best into their desired outdoor space. We can also build custom-sized buildings for those with specific requirements. This particular building measures 10 x 10ft and so has a roomy interior with the romantic and signature octagonal shape, offering views of the garden from a variety of different angles. Internally, the Wiveton Summerhouse comes as standard with insulation and pine lining, with our customer opting to upgrade their lining to painted in the airy shade of Ivory, which will help bounce the light around inside the building, essential for comfort and ease when reading. Further to this, the customer has also added an electrical pack to the interior of their building so that they can enjoy light, heat and power all year-round.
We have recently taken delivery and fitment of a 3.0 x 3.0m Wiveton Summerhouse and are completely delighted! Both the crews who laid the base and constructed the building were friendly, polite and helpful. They were well-organised and left the site clean and tidy. The summerhouse looks beautiful. Thank you to you all for a first class service! We shall certainly recommend your company to all our family and friends, those that have already seen it are green with envy anyway!

Externally, the Summerhouse has grey slate composite tiles covering the attractive roof, along with smooth shiplap cladding covering the exterior. This cladding is coated in the Lizard shade of opaque paint, and looks attractive in a number of surroundings. The customer also chose to go for the leaded glass style in their windows, which really enhances the traditional aesthetic. In order to take a closer look at these vast range of options, we strongly recommend that you visit us at your nearest show centre, where there will be up to 25 different display buildings to browse and a team of friendly advisors on hand to help.
