Sales Support Administrator


Reporting directly to the Sales Manager this position will play a key role in supporting the Showsite Sales Teams. This will involve providing administrative support and data entry relating to sales enquires and requests for product information.  Working with all sales and customer service staff you will be required to complete daily and weekly tasks ensuring emails and calls are answered and information recorded on our CRM system accurately.


 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provide admin support to all sales teams by inputting data onto the CRM system and following up on customer enquiries
  • Responding to customer requests for brochures and samples, packaging them up and posting out
  • Ordering, replacing, and labelling samples ready for customers
  • Stock management of brochures and POS information
  • Answering calls, emails and responding to customer enquiries on the ‘live chat’ service
  • Produce adhoc reports in both word and Excel format
  • Communicating to both internal and external customers by phone and email
  • Work closely with customer service to ensure queries and questions are dealt with professionally
  • Providing occasional cover for our other Show sites across the UK. This will involve staying away from home for short periods of time

  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Investigative approach to problem solving and report analysis
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office package
  • GCSE in English and Math’s at grade C or above

  • Be capable of multi-tasking and working to deadlines
  • Must be fun, outgoing and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Able to work with all levels of stake holder from Senior Partners to Sales staff
  • Fully mobile with a car as you may be required to travel to other show sites

 Qualifications and Education Requirements


 GCSE in English and Math’s at grade C / 4 or above


Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
