2.4 x 4.2m Superior Shed in Walnut with a door and a half

This incredibly attractive Superior Shed was recently installed for a customer based in the Chapel Row area of Reading, Berkshire. Designed and hand-built at our factory in Norfolk, the shed was both delivered and installed by our expert, in-house fitting team at the customer’s specified delivery address.

Perched at the end of a stunningly landscaped garden, the shed measures 2.4 x 4.2m and is clad with smooth shiplap timber. All of our buildings are fabricated using only the finest FSC® certified timber, sustainably sourced from an area of forest that has been growing for more than 150 years. The exterior of the shed is painted in the Sikkens preservative shade of Walnut, with an apex roof covered in cedar shingles. Black guttering has been added along the fascia boards to keep off the wetter elements and the customer also opted for our security pack. Our security pack consists of three vital elements to keep both your shed and its contents safe; there is a heavy-duty sliding bolt with a fully steel-encased 7 lever lock, ‘un-screwable’ security screws and 12mm stainless steel window bars that are mortised into the window frame during manufacture. Internally, the building offers a sturdy workbench for working on projects or pursuing hobbies.

I had quite a lot of questions in the lead up to placing an order for a superior shed that is divided into two compartments - as studio at one end and garden shed at the other. I also wanted to alter some aspects of the shed design after submitting the order. Robert Phelps could not have been more helpful. The fact that he came on a site visit was very reassuring and the whole process was the mark of a high quality product and service.
