8 x 10ft Pent Roof Summerhouse

This 8 x 10ft Pent Roof Summerhouse is a hybrid building combining features from both our Superior Shed and Holkham Summerhouse. Our customer liked the style of our Holkham Summerhouse but wanted a building with a pent roof. As all our buildings are tailor-made and designed to order, our CAD engineers were then able to design our customer a hybrid building by combining the features of our Holkham Summerhouse with the pent roof of our Superior Shed. It was hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber by the skilled craftsmen we employ inside our Norfolk factory before being delivered and installed as part of our end-to-end service by our installations team, who are the experts in ensuring our buildings are assembled to the high standards we pride ourselves on.

Our Superior Shed is available in a wide range of sizes, from very small to the very large, and the size of our Holkham varies from a small 6 x 8ft to a larger 16 x 20ft building. Our customer opted for an 8 x 10ft size for their pent roof summerhouse. It is designed with our Summerhouse-style doors and the sleek pent roof is covered in heavy duty felt. Our customer has chosen to have windows on either side of the double doors in the front of the building and two double window sets on the right-hand side of the summerhouse. The exterior of this shiplap-clad building is painted in Sage, a beautiful light green-toned shade of green from our Exterior Paint System, and our customer has also chosen to have leaded windows to complete the look of their Summerhouse.

Both our Superior Shed and Holkham Summerhouse come unlined as standard, but as our customer wanted a year-round use building, they’ve opted to have it fully lined, insulated and double glazed to ensure it stays comfortable inside whatever the weather. The interior of this pent roof Summerhouse has a light and bright feel as the walls have been lined with Ivory painted matchboard.
