National Trust Flatford Summerhouse in Earls Grey
This traditional Summerhouse
was recently installed at the National Trust site of Stourhead, the world-renowned landscape gardens with a magnificent lake lying at their heart and the ideal place to visit with the family.
Our Flatford Summerhouse takes its name from the stunning Flatford Mill and village in the Dedham Vale area of the South Downs, the rural character of which is reflected in the classical style of our high-quality, FSC® certified timber building.
The Flatford Summerhouse enjoys additional benefits such as toughened glass windows with traditional cross-leading, 2 opening windows to allow for ventilation, a unique pent roof style, cast iron door furniture with Fleur-de-Leys detail and corrugated material on the roof.
All our National Trust buildings boast vertically-sawn, rustic-cut cladding that is coated in 1 of 6 colour options for maximum protection against fungus and woodworm as well as to promote longevity. This particular shade is Earl’s Grey.
If you would like to browse our National Trust collection as well as our complete range of high-quality timber buildings, we suggest that you pay a visit to your nearest show centre, where there is a variety of our buildings on display. We have two centres nearby in Oxfordshire at the Burford Garden Company and Surrey at the Hillier Garden Centre.
