Lavenham National Trust Summerhouse 2.4m x 3.0m (334094)
Model: Lavenham National Trust Summerhouse
Size: 2.4m x 3.0m (8ft x 10ft)
Summary:
If you’re after a summerhouse with a traditional aesthetic, look no further than this National Trust Lavenham Summerhouse. It has olden-style features such as corrugated sheeting on the roof, cast iron Fleur-de-Leys hinges and door furniture with a mortice lock. Like all of our garden buildings, it was hand-crafted from FSC® certified timber at our Norfolk factory before being delivered and assembled at our Nottingham show site by our expert installations team.
Our Lavenham Summerhouse was designed using an outbuilding at Lavenham Guildhall in Suffolk as its inspiration, which is just one of the properties the National Trust looks after in East Anglia. It has an apex roof with windows in three out of the four sides, including the double doors. The windows are all cross leaded in style and two of them are opening.
This Lavenham measures 2.4 x 3.0m and is cladded using vertically sawn timber boards, coated in the colour Terrace Green from the National Trust paint system.
