Summary:
Our Lavenham Summerhouse is part of our National Trust buildings range, with its design inspired by the outbuilding at Lavenham Guildhall, a property looked after by the Trust. It has traditional features including corrugated sheeting on the roof, vertically sawn boards for the external cladding, cast iron Fleur-de-Leys hinges and door furniture with a mortice lock. It has an apex roof design with two fixed cross-leaded windows in the front and an opening cross-leaded window in either side.
This National Trust Lavenham Summerhouse is available to view at our Narford show centre, it measures 1.8 x 3.0m and has been finished using the National Trust paint system in the colour Painters Grey.
