This Saturday (5th May) will see the start of this year’s Brighton Festival, a festival spanning across three weeks, celebrating all things to do with music, art, literature, theatre, film, dance, and circus, with plenty of outdoor and family events.
The events will be taking place in venues across Brighton & Hove across the three weeks, finishing on Sunday 27th May, and starting with the Children’s Parade through the streets of Brighton on the 5th.
Other festival events include art exhibitions, walks along the Cuckmere Nature Trails, writing workshops, a talk with children’s author, Jacqueline Wilson about her new book; you can see electricity dance around a Tesla coil with a soundtrack of electronica, allow your children to be absorbed by The World of Moominvalley, watch Shakespeare’s The Tempest at Bright’s Open Air Theatre, and see comedian Andy Hamilton discuss Change Management at the Theatre Royal Brighton.
With three weeks of creativity flowing through the air, it would be of no surprise if you catch the creativity bug yourself. If this does happen, and you need a space to unleash your creativity, why not come and see our range of fully insulated, modern or traditionally styled Garden Studios at our Lewes-based Show Centre.
