Office Administrator


Reporting directly to the Installation Manager the Office Administrator plays a key role in the day to day running of the office. Working with all departments you will be required to complete a number of daily and weekly tasks ensuring emails and calls are answered and information is recorded accurately on the intranet system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by inputting data and following up on customer enquiries
  • Working closely with the Installation team to ensure hotels are booked and travel information is communicated to the relevant people
  • Ensure all work tickets and delivery notes are collected and recorded
  • Producing adhoc reports in both Word and Excel format
  • Communicating to both internal and external customers by phone and email
  • Work closely with HR to ensure holiday rotas are completed and absence forms returned
  • Providing cover for the main reception welcoming all visitors and fielding calls

  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Capable of multi-tasking and working to deadlines
  • Able to work and communicate efficiently across all levels of staff and management
  • Investigative approach to problem solving and report analysis
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office package with some experience in producing basic reports
  • Must be fun, outgoing and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • GCSE in English and Math’s at grade C or above

Salary: £17,000 - £20,000
