Our Garden Room
can be used for a wide range of reasons, from a hobby room, office or art studio, to a garden retreat or entertainment room.
Many of our customers also like to use them as an extension of their home if they have a big enough garden, and that is exactly what this customer has done in Chilton Foliat, Wiltshire.
At 3.0 x 6.0m in size, this is a large Garden Room with plenty of room inside for the customer to set up as a separate living area, with a comfy sofa, dining table and bookcases to make it really feel like an extra part of their home.
Cedar shingle tiles have been used on the roof to add a further natural feel to the building, there is black guttering to help protect the down boards from excess rainfall, and the inset double doors and corner boards add homely touches to the building.
Georgian windows and weatherboard cladding (roughly cut, overlapping boards) add to the traditional styling, and the two paint colours (Ivory for the doors, windows and corner boards, and Verdigris for the body of the building) from the Valtti colour range, add even more style.
Just wanted to say what an extremely lovely garden room you and your team have built for us. Thanks for being so helpful and responsive throughout with everything happening smoothly and on time. Ian and the guys were so nice and worked so hard.

Two Velux® windows have been fitted in the rear of the hipped roof to allow more light inside, and the door and window furniture is polished brass.
Inside, the Garden Room is fully equipped for year round use, as there is full insulation, an electrical pack with a heater, all the windows are double glazed, and there is painted matchboard lining on the walls.
