Ickworth National Trust Summerhouse In Lossiemouth
This National Trust Ickworth Summerhouse has recently been installed in our customer’s garden, very close to the beach in Lossiemouth, Grampian.
This Ickworth, at 8 x 6, is a traditionally styled summerhouse with an apex roof, roof overhang, double doors and two opening windows, which make it perfect for admiring the rest of the garden. The external features consist of black corrugated sheeting for the roof, leaded windows, cast iron Fleur-de-Leys style door and window furniture, and the cladding is made from roughly cut, vertical boards painted in National Trust Paint System, Disraeli Green.
An old outbuilding at Ickworth House in Suffolk was the source of inspiration for our chalet-style Ickworth Summerhouse, which also features an overhang and apex roof.
