National Trust Flatford Summerhouse with Leaded Windows
Situated in this wonderfully colourful garden in Elvaston, Derbyshire, our customer has had a 2.4 x 2.4m National Trust Flatford Summerhouse installed to use as a relaxation area to sit and enjoy their garden from.
The Flatford is one of the four summerhouses in the National Trust range of garden buildings we make, and it has a pent roof with an overhang over the front side, double doors and four windows, two of which can be opened with the cast iron, Fleur-de-Leys style window furniture.
What makes the National Trust range stand out from other garden buildings is its very traditional styling, especially with the corrugated roofing material and the vertical sawn boards for the external cladding. Other traditional features include the leaded windows and the Fleur-de-Leys style door and window furniture, which is all made from cast iron.
The colour of this lovely Summerhouses is Disraeli Green, which is a pale green that fits in very well with the natural colours in the customer’s garden.
If you would like a Summerhouse, whether you want it to be very traditional looking, like this Flatford, or more modern in style, we have a wide selection of designs to choose form. To get more of a feel for the quality of our buildings, you can come and visit any one of our six Show Centres across the country to see our buildings first-hand.
