Superior Shed with Slate Effect Tiles on the Roof
This 3.0 x 4.2m Superior Shed
has been installed in a secluded corner of our customer’s garden in Cumbria, to be used as a workshop/hobby room.
A roof overhang extends over the front gable, offering shaded protection for the double doors, as well as adding a bit of extra charm to the overall look of the garden building.
Grey slate composite tiles have been used on the roof, which will add an attractive touch, as they match the tiles on the roof of their house, as well as offering long-standing protection again wind, fire, rain, hail and UV rays with its limited 50 year warranty.
Five windows on the left-hand side will allow plenty of light inside the workshop, and to finish off the outside, there is black guttering above the windows to avoid rain dripping on them, and the customer has chosen the colour Sage from one of our paint systems to give a natural, opaque coverage of paint that will help the building to blend in well with the garden.
My family and friends (and neighbours) love the shed it is the most superior design and a lot of people have commented positively about the build quality too.

Internally, the customer has asked for an electric pack to be fitted with a heater to allow them to work (even in the cold if they want to!).
A security pack has also been fitted, which consists of a seven lever lock and heavy duty sliding bolt, security screws for the door hinges, and stainless steel window bars.
