Wiveton Summerhouse with Heritage Oak Flooring
This stunning Wiveton was recently selected by a customer from our range of FSC® certified timber Summerhouses as an outdoor entertaining space for summer barbecues and celebrations. Designed and hand-built in Norfolk, the building was then both delivered and installed by our expert fitting team at the customer’s address in Knutsford, Cheshire.
Measuring 3.6 x 3.6m, the distinctive octagonal building has a roof covered with cedar shingle tiles, which look beautiful among natural surroundings and will turn an attractive shade of silver as part of their ageing process. The exterior is clad with smooth shiplap timber that adds a contemporary touch, painted in the shade of Verdigris, which was selected by the customer from our extensive range of paints. Our exterior paint range also includes a Farrow and Ball palette as well as a colour matching service for those with a certain shade in mind. The building also has eight opening windows that all feature a leaded design to enhance the traditional aesthetic.
I'd just like to say how great our Wiveton Summerhouse is. Both my wife and I think it looks great and fits beautifully into the garden. We were most impressed with your fitters and the electricians.
Mr G - Nottingham
Internally, the building has both insulation and lining in the walls and ceiling, with engineered flooring to help with further sound absorption and insulation. Our engineered flooring is available in various shades, all with unique character and looks. Our customer opted for the warm, homely and rich choice of heritage oak, which complements the Ivory painted pine lining beautifully. The customer also chose to add an electrical pack to their garden building, making it a year-round retreat where they can use appliances and lighting. This shows how adding a garden building to your outdoor space can allow you to pursue your own hobbies and interests away from the distractions of your home.
If this stunning Wiveton Summerhouse has made you consider the joy that one could possibly bring to your own garden, we recommend that you come and see it for yourself at one of our UK show centres, where there is a variety of display buildings and a team of friendly advisors on hand to assist you.
